I bought my first condo in the Beltline in 2011. I never left.
I came to real vbfdsvgdfvfdsgvdf from property management, where I spent five years sitting in on condo board meetings and reading reserve fund studies for fun. That background still shapes how I work.
When I opened my own brokerage, I built it around one idea: condo buyers and sellers deserve an agent who understands buildings, not just suites. I know which towers have healthy reserve funds, which have elevator projects coming, and which floor plans sell fastest when it is time to move on.
I live in the Beltline, ride the Red Line, and spend weekends on the Bow River pathway or at a patio on 17 Avenue. When you work with me, you get honest advice from someone who lives the same city life you are buying into.
